About the Role
Join Reid Stockfeeds as a Packaged Coordinator and play a key role in coordinating and managing various sales and administrative tasks to support the Packaged Product Manager.
This hands-on, fast-paced role will see you work side-by-side with the Packaged Product Manager, taking the lead on key sales and admin coordination tasks that keep product moving and customers smiling.
From order entry to transport bookings and customer calls, you'll be the admin engine room behind one of the most critical parts of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage packaged product orders across multiple sites
Coordinate transport logistics and communicate with carriers
Be the go-to contact for stores and suppliers
Keep customer records up to date and respond to inbound queries
Support pricing, invoicing, and monthly reporting activities
Assist with events, promotions, newsletters, and sales programs
Keep things humming with top-notch organisational skills and attention to detail
What You Will Bring
