About the Role We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to support the delivery of maintenance services across a large and diverse property portfolio. This role is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing contractors, ensuring assets are maintained to agreed standards, and responding to operational maintenance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary operational point of contact for maintenance activities and asset-related issues.
n
Coordinate and monitor maintenance services to ensure assets and facilities are maintained to agreed standards.
n
Proactively identify maintenance issues and arrange appropriate corrective actions.
n
Manage maintenance requests, inspections, repairs, and minor works programs.
n




Oversee maintenance works from planning and scope development through to delivery and completion.
n
Prepare documentation and maintain accurate maintenance records.
n
Manage and direct contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with required standards and deliverables.
n
Conduct site inspections and report on asset condition, maintenance requirements, and risks.
n
Investigate maintenance incidents, processes, and resource allocation to support continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
n
n
Experience coordinating facilities, property, building, or asset maintenance services.
n
Solid contractor and stakeholder management skills.
n
Experience managing maintenance works, repairs, and service delivery programs.
n
Ability to interpret maintenance requirements and develop scopes of work.
n
Strong problem-solving, investigation, and reporting capabilities.
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
n
Experience working within large, complex organisations or government environments will be highly regarded.
