HillSide Christian College in Forrestfield is hiring a full-time Secondary HASS Teacher, starting Term 1, ****, on an initial two-year contract with the possibility of becoming ongoing. The role covers Years 7–10 Humanities and Social Sciences, including ATAR Modern History, plus Curtin UniReady delivery (experience desirable, training required).
HillSide Christian College is an evangelical, Christian school located in Forrestfield, with an approximate enrolment of 455 students from 4-year-old Kindy to Year 12.

About the role
HillSide Christian College is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Secondary Humanities and Social Sciences (HASS) Teacher commencing Term 1, ****.
This is an initial two-year fixed term contract with the possibility of conversion to ongoing status.
Salary is based on the College's Teacher Pay Scale and negotiable on qualifications and experience. A copy of the salary scale, Code of Conduct,

Key expectations
Secondary Teachers with capability to deliver:
Years 7–10 Humanities and Social Sciences (HASS) including ATAR Contemporary History.
Curtin UniReady - Previous experience delivering Curtin UniReady is desirable but not essential. The successful applicant must be willing to undertake the required training.
Successful applicants will be practising evangelical, protestant Christians who can demonstrate their personal faith in Jesus Christ as God and Saviour and their active membership in an evangelical, protestant Christian Church. They will be dynamic teachers with high-level skills, proven experience and the desire to work within a Christian team setting, and will be able to teach from a Christian worldview. All teachers will need to accept the College's Code of Conduct (including Statement of Faith), work within the College's Christian framework and meet all compliance requirements.
