Gipps Services Group provides property maintenance and improvement services to clients in the Senior Living sector and commercial office environments. As workload grows, we are building a network of trusted subcontractors across five trades to deliver this work on an ongoing basis. This is an opportunity for experienced, self-employed tradespeople to secure a consistent pipeline of work with professional clients, under a formal subcontractor agreement at pre-agreed rates.

Key responsibilities

Carpentry (fitout, repairs and joinery)
n
Plastering (set, render and patch)
n
Joinery
n
Tiling (floor, wall and wet areas)
n
Electrical (licensed — A-grade required)
n
Plumbing (licensed and fully insured)
n
Complete works in Senior Living facilities with high standard of finish, minimal disruption, and qualified manner
n
Deliver commercial tenancy works with schedule and handover requirements,



prioritising speed, reliability, and quality under pressure
n

About you
n
n
Demonstrated experience in property maintenance (residential, commercial, or facility environments)
n
Current trade licence or registration where required
n
Public liability insurance (minimum $10M) and applicable workers compensation
n
Professional, client-facing manner — you will interact directly with residents, tenants, and building managers
n
Strong communication — you keep the client and our team informed
n
Own tools and vehicle; capacity to work independently
n
ABN registered and able to invoice as a subcontractor
n
