The Role




Managing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 160 properties.
Building strong, lasting relationships with landlords, tenants and tradespeople.
Coordinating maintenance, repairs and property requirements.
Ensuring legislation and compliance requirements remain up to date.
Preparing for and attending QCAT matters when required.
Managing your portfolio with minimal out-of-office requirements.
Working closely with your dedicated assistant and VA support to keep everything running smoothly
What we are looking for
2–3 years' Property Management experience
A currentQLD Certificate of Registration
A current driver's licence
The confidence and discipline to work autonomously from home.
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
A hardworking, honest and professional work ethic
Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine, mutually beneficial relationships
