Primary Classroom Teacher

At Immanuel Primary School, we are committed to providing education where each child is supported to grow and develop as a whole person. As we plan for ****, we're seeking applications from passionate educators committed to continuous improvement and making a positive impact.
This is a full-time 1.0 FTE position, commencing in January ****.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide an engaging and supportive learning setting for students, aligned with the Christian values and ethos of our school.
As a Primary Classroom Teacher, you will:
Teach within the framework of the Australian Curriculum and the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program.
Plan and implement student-centered learning that is evidence-based, engaging, and inclusive.
Effectively manage the classroom to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues, school leaders, and parents to support student needs and aspirations.

We are looking for someone with:
Suitable relevant teaching qualifications.




A strong understanding and experience in the Australian Curriculum and the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program Framework.
A passion and commitment to innovative student-centered learning.
Strengths in communication, collaboration, and classroom management.
A demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
A willingness to support the School's Christian values and ethos of our school.

'Building Foundations for Life' RESPECT - FLOURISH - SERVE Immanuel Primary is a school of the Lutheran Church of Australia established in ****. It is located on the same campus as Immanuel College Novar Gardens, in the western suburbs of Adelaide, 5 minutes from Glenelg beach and 12 minutes from the city centre. It serves 670 students from ELC to Year 6, with 3 streams in Reception to Year 6 year levels.
