We are looking for a motivated person to join our OHSE Cadet Development Program and build their career as a Safety Coordinator.

Corplex is a growing industrial construction company. Our OHSE Cadet Program provides a structured pathway toward becoming an OHSE Coordinator through in office experience, mentoring and training.

About the program
n
Working alongside experienced OHSE and site teams, you will gain practical experience in site inspections and compliance, SWMS and risk controls, inductions, incident investigations, high-risk activities and environmental management, while developing the confidence to professionally address real-world safety issues. You will also develop knowledge of Corplex's ISO-certified OHSE management systems and gain exposure to Site and Project Management.

As your knowledge and experience grow, so will your level of responsibility.

About you
n
We're looking for someone who is keen to learn, enjoys working in a site environment and is committed to developing through practical experience and formal training. Ideally, you will have:

Previous on-site construction experience,



with trade experience highly regarded
n
A Certificate IV in WHS/OHS completed or underway, or a willingness to undertake relevant training
n
A current Construction Induction Card
n
Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
n
A proactive attitude and openness to feedback
n
A valid Driver's Licence and unrestricted Australian working rights at the time of application.
