About You
As the Senior School Support Officer (Level 6) Assistant to the Principal, you will provide a high-level of support to the Principal and leadership team. As an integral member of the school community,
you will demonstrateCorpus Christi College Maroubra'svalues and professional standards in interacting with students, staff, parents and the community.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
delivering high level administrative support to the College Principal, school leadership team and support staff
communicating with the Principal and school community members on administrative systems, including recruitment, staff development, office priorities and College processes
exhibiting management prowess in administration, people management, finance, office leadership, and other related reports for the Principal
efficiently managing registers
a willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
any other duties as directed by the Principal.
To thrive in this role, you will possess:
proficiency in administrative management and clerical tasks
competence in administrative management
valuable qualities such as tact, reliability, and the ability to work in a team effectively
a commitment to honesty, discretion, and maintaining confidentiality
prior experience working with children or in a school environment
strong interpersonal and organisational abilities
familiarity with emerging technologies like Google Suite,Oracle, Microsoft Office software, Google Chrome, Compass
a minimum of five years of administrative/clerical experience
experience in a team leader/supervisor or personal/executive assistant capacity
a Certificate III/IV (TAFE NSW) or equivalent post-secondary qualification in administration, human resources, finance, accounting, or a related field.
