/nDo you have?/n
/nMinimum 2 years' experience in a qualified kitchen/n
/nRelevant Chef qualifications or equivalent trade experience/n
/nHACCP and sound Food Safety knowledge/n
/nExperience working in high-volume catering environments/n




/nAbility to work across a range of food service offerings, including daily operations, events and functions/n
/nExceptional grooming and pride in presentation/n
/nAbility to produce quality food using fresh ingredients and demonstrate creativity/n
/nStrong organisational and time management skills/n
/nPassion, dedication, reliability and a willingness to learn/n
/nFlexible and positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills/n
/nAbility to work collaboratively within a professional team environment/n
