Timeless Watches is seeking passionate, energetic, and self-motivated individuals to join our team at our Canberra outlet store.

We are looking for positive, customer-focused team members who thrive in a retail environment and have a genuine passion for sales and well-known fashion brands.

Full-time and part-time hours are available, with an immediate start required.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales targets and assigned KPIs
n
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
n
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation
n
Assist with stock management and replenishment
n
Perform general retail duties as required
n
Contribute positively to a collaborative and high-performing team environment
n

About You
n




To be successful in this role, you will have:

A minimum of 12 months' previous retail experience
n
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
n
A solid sales focus and a genuine can-do attitude
n
An outgoing, friendly, and professional personality
n
The ability to work efficiently and confidently in a fast-paced environment
n
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with colleagues
n
Flexibility to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
n
