Our client is seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Must be comfortable working on the tools with the team when required
n
Own projects from initiation through to successful delivery and closure
n
Lead stakeholder engagement and manage competing priorities across teams
n
Drive process improvement and build stronger project governance practices.

Preferred Requirements
n
n
Proven experience managing projects of varying scope and complexity
n
Experience working in Industrial environments
n
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
n
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
n
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively
n
Comfortable using project management tools and tracking systems
n
Happy to work in a hands on role and work on the tools when required.

Preferred Qualifications
n
n
Electrical or Mechanical Trades background with either
n
Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade /Mechanical Fitter / Fitter & Turner
n
Current NSW Drivers licence
n
