Responsibilities

Lead software architecture and technical strategy across embedded, application and cloud-based systems.

Provide hands-on software development, integration, debugging and deployment support.
n
Drive software quality, reliability, scalability and cybersecurity best practices.
n
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
n
Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks and development processes.
n
Support software verification, validation, traceability and documentation activities.
n
Mentor engineers and contribute to a high-performing engineering culture.
n

Experience
n
n
Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
n




Proven experience leading software development activities for complex products or systems.
n
Strong hands-on software engineering background.
n
Experience defining software architecture and making system-level technical decisions.
n
Embedded Linux, firmware or embedded systems experience.
n
Strong programming experience in C/C++ and/or Python.
n
Experience with software development lifecycle, CI/CD and automated testing.
n
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving engineering workplace.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n

Good to have:

Embedded Linux platforms and device driver development.
n
FPGA or hardware/software integration experience.
n
AWS or GCP cloud infrastructure exposure.
n
DevOps and infrastructure automation experience.
