Job Description
We are currently seeking a full time, dedicated, motivated and passionate Child Care Room Leader to take on the position in our team at our Noahs Ark Learning Academy in Revesby. Pay: $73,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation per annum. The candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Lead a high-quality, play-based learning program aligned with EYLF and NQS
Design and deliver engaging, child-led learning experiences
Guide and mentor assistant educators within your room
Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
Build strong relationships with children and families through open communication
Support children's development, wellbeing, and sense of belonging
Contribute to continuous improvement, team meetings, and professional development
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and regulatory compliance
Requirements




The successful candidate must be enthusiastic and highly motivated and have the following skills and experience:
Must hold an ACECQA nationally approved diploma (or higher) education and care qualification
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Child Care Educator
Full unrestricted Australian working rights
Current, valid
Working with Children's Check
Current Senior
First Aid, CPR & Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
Good understanding of the
Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Good computer skills in order to use our online programming software
Availability to work any shift between 7.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
