Key responsibilities

The Business Analyst works as part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for digital product definition, development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement.

Analyse business objectives, processes, and service needs to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend effective solutions.

Build robust stakeholder relationships, using effective communication and negotiation skills to support informed decision-making and service improvements.

Contribute to project delivery through requirement gathering, implementation planning, change management, user acceptance testing, and training activities.
