About the Role
n
We're looking for a passionate Barista who cares deeply about great coffee and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
n
You'll bring:

A keen eye for detail

A positive, can-do attitude
n
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to support the Head Barista and step in when needed
n

What We're Looking For
n

Experience: At least 12 months in a specialty coffee venue — from programming machines and following recipes to pour over and cold brew.
n
Mindset: A team player who's reliable, hardworking, and loves engaging with customers.
n
Availability: Saturdays and Sundays are essential.
n
Passion: A desire to talk coffee, share our story, and keep developing your craft.
