You'll take the two towers from backpropping out to practical completion, coordinating hydraulics, electrical, mechanical, fire, plastering, tiling, joinery and painting across both, keeping program tight, and getting hold points and inspections signed off without rework. It's a flat structure, so you're running your own show with the Site Manager, not waiting on layers of sign-off.
The business procures early and runs minimal variations meaning your job is coordination and delivery,



not chasing commercial mess. No egos, team-first, self-sufficient. That's the culture, and it's non-negotiable.
What you need:
Proven background as a Finishing Foreman on residential high-rise or mixed-use projects
Solid understanding of fit-out trades, sequencing, and multi-storey delivery
Experience managing fit-out subcontractors on a live site
Upper Tier 2 or builder-developer background preferred
Self-sufficient, no ego, operates without close supervision
Site-based, Brisbane. Start versatile, sooner preferred but the right person takes priority over a quick fill
