Job Description
Aymroo is looking for an experienced Level 3 Technical Fabricator to join our manufacturing team in Ingleburn. This is a hands-on, highly skilled fabrication role for someone who can confidently work across cutting, belling, glassing, welding and assembly, while also interpreting CAD drawings and technical specifications to manufacture bespoke and one-off products. As a Level 3 Technical Fabricator at Aymroo, you will play an important role in ensuring our products are manufactured accurately, tested correctly and meet our high standards for quality and performance.

Key responsibilities

Manufacture and assemble products in accordance with drawings, specifications and production requirements
n
Perform cutting, belling, glassing and welding operations
n
Interpret CAD drawings and technical specifications to determine the correct fabrication methods, materials and assembly sequence
n
Manufacture bespoke and custom products from CAD drawings and customer requirements
n
Complete quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet specification
n
Identify and report quality issues and assist with resolving non-conformances
n
Complete production and quality documentation
n




Work closely with the production team to achieve scheduled output while maintaining quality standards
n
Assist with the training, development and mentoring of Level 1 and Level 2 Fabricators
n
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
n

About you
n

Proven experience in PVC or plastic fabrication
n
Strong practical skills in cutting, belling, glassing and welding
n
The ability to interpret CAD drawings and technical plans
n
Experience manufacturing custom, bespoke or one-off products
n
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
n
The ability to carry out inspection and QC testing
n
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
n
A strong understanding of workplace health and safety
n
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
n
A willingness to support and mentor less experienced team members
n
