We have an chance for outgoing, efficient female Support Workers in the Quakers Hill region to support a man. This role involves personal care, access to the local community, driving to medical appointments and community participation. An understanding of Indian culture would be an advantage. Your own vehicle is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal care
n
Accessing the community which involves the use of a car to transport to and from medical appointments etc
n
Community participation
n
Assistance with Daily living such as cleaning
n
Tuesday 8am - 11am
n
Thursday 8am - 11am
n
Sunday 8am - 11am and 4pm - 7pm
n
These hours are subject to change and may increase.



Occasionally hours will also be extended for community participation. Availability and flexibility will be prioritised.

Requirements:
n
Experience in Disability Support,minimum 2 year
n
Current First Aid & CPR
n
Certificate NDIS Workers Screening Check / Module
n
Working with Children Clearance
n
Police Check
n
Fluency in English
n
Driver's license with insured and reliable vehicle
n
Certificate of Manual Handling
n
Hourly rate
n
Weekdays - $***** per hour
n
Saturdays - $***** per hour
n
Sundays - $***** per hour
n
