We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager, to focus on our Commercial segment. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll play a key role in achieving revenue growth and expanding Kyocera's market presence in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for developing current business opportunities and managing existing Kyocera accounts within the assigned sales territory through direct sales activities.
Understand a customer's business and its challenges, from the management level to the operational level.
Be a supportive and collaborative sales executive and work with the whole business to achieve successful outcomes
Assisting customers in determining their business requirements and proposing suitable Kyocera solutions, products and upgrades
Responding to tender requests, coordinating internal resources, and presenting professional, competitive solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and leveraging technology to support sales activities
Monitoring competitor strategies, reporting significant activities, and responding effectively to maintain market position
Collaborating with internal teams on technical and solution requirements to ensure seamless customer experiences
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who embodies our core philosophies of:

A proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment
Sales experience in the IT or business process automation (highly desirable)
Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills
A customer-focused approach with strong presentation and communication abilities
Strong documentation skills,



including the ability to create proposals and presentation decks
Experience in tendering processes and a solid understanding of business acumen
A technical background or good understanding across a broad range of technologies
