About the Role?
As a Senior Customer Vehicle Representative,you will be responsible for assisting the Location Manager in the overall day to day management of operational performance together with ensuring exceptional customer relation in all areas. You will be based at our Coolangatta Store and you may be required to work at other QLD stores within reasonable travel distance. In this role you will;
Assist with the daily operations in close co-operation with the Location Management Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately
Oversee vehicle preparation to ensure vehicle is ready for customer pick-up. Ensure interior of vehicle is clean.




Hold strategy sessions with the Location Manager and complete team communications to ensure seamless daily Operations and service delivery to the customer in line with business volumes and patterns Ensure all features of the vehicles are operational when returned by renting customer.
Work as part of a high performing team
About You?
To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following:
Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and ability to engage in verbal interaction with customers
Previous experience in customer service or sales; experience in rental industry preferred
Flexibility of working hours (7-day shift work including weekends & public holidays may apply)
A full and current AU driver's licence with the ability to drive automatic vehicles.
