We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic and passionate Casual Food & Beverage Team Members to join the team at the newly transformed Peppers Clear Mountain.

Following an extensive renovation and exciting transformation, Peppers Clear Mountain offers a premium hinterland escape, combining contemporary accommodation, exceptional food and beverage experiences, and breathtaking surrounds.
n
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at the beginning of a new chapter for this iconic property and play an important role in delivering the warm, polished and memorable guest experiences synonymous with the Peppers brand.

Located in the beautiful hinterland and just 20 minutes from Strathpine, Peppers Clear Mountain provides a unique working environment with spectacular views and a strong focus on quality hospitality and exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Deliver seamless daily service from start to finish, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
n
Confidently run your own section and maintain high presentation standards
n
Support setup and service for special events, banquets,



and private functions
n
Proactively upsell experiences and products to enhance guest satisfaction
n
Ensure compliance with RSA and licensing requirements
n
Work a versatile roster including nights, weekends, and peak periods
n
n
What You'll Bring:
n
n
Minimum 1 years' experience in a restaurant, resort, or hotel environment
n
Reliable transport - location is approx. 20 minutes from Strathpine
n
Ability to process payments accurately (cash, card, room charge)
n
Previous experience with conferences or event service is a plus
n
A hand-on, proactive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
n
Confidence in operations, training, and service delivery
n
Team player
n
