About the Role
n
As our Remedial Therapist, you'll provide professional, client-focused treatments tailored to individual needs.
n
You'll have the opportunity to:

Conduct thorough consultations and identify areas of muscular tension, discomfort and dysfunction.
n
Develop and deliver treatments appropriate to each client's needs and goals.
n
Provide remedial and therapeutic massage with confidence and professionalism.
n
Create a welcoming, safe and comfortable experience for every guest.
n
Build rapport and encourage clients to take an active role in their wellbeing.
n
Maintain excellent treatment standards, hygiene and professional presentation.
n




Work collaboratively within our broader wellness setting.

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with warmth, empathy and genuine care.

Who We're Looking For
n
The ideal candidate will have:
n
n
Certificate IV in Massage Therapy, with a Diploma of Remedial Massage or recognised Remedial Massage qualification highly desirable.
n
Demonstrated experience providing remedial and therapeutic treatments.
n
A genuine passion for helping people feel and function at their best.
n
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
n
A warm, friendly and professional manner.
n
The confidence to conduct consultations and tailor treatments to individual client needs.
n
Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
n
ABN and Massage Association membership preferred.
n
A reliable, professional and positive approach to your work.
n
