Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Practice Nurse to join our West End & Albion team. This role works closely with GPs, allied health, and administrative staff to support day-to-day clinical operations and provide high-quality patient care across a broad scope of general practice services.

Key responsibilities

Assisting GPs with consultations, procedures, and patient care
n
Wound care, dressings, ear syringing, immunisations, and vaccinations
n
Supporting chronic disease management and preventative health initiatives
n
Conducting health assessments, ECGs, blood pressure checks, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing
n
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient records
n
Managing clinical stock, supplies, and equipment
n
Ensuring infection control standards and clinical safety protocols are upheld
n




Providing patient education and supporting self-management of health conditions
n

About you
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Previous experience in general practice or primary care preferred
n
Solid clinical assessment and organisational skills
n
Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
n
Ability to work both independently and within a team
n
