About the Position

This is an opportunity for an experienced General Manager to take overall responsibility for a high-volume, multi-faceted venue and make a genuine impact. With a salary of $*******K + super and a company car, you'll oversee the day-to‐time operation while driving people, financial performance, compliance and customer experience. Position Description

Take overall responsibility for daily venue operations across food, beverage, gaming, accommodation and entertainment
n
Lead, coach and develop a diverse hospitality team while setting clear expectations and accountability
n
Manage budgets, labour, revenue, costs and overall venue profitability
n




Oversee gaming, TAB, liquor licensing and compliance requirements
n
Manage rosters, staffing levels, KPIs and operational performance
n
Drive service standards, customer experience and community engagement
n
Work closely with ownership and senior leadership on strategy and business opportunities
n
Maintain a visible, hands‐on presence across the venue, including late‐night operations
n
n
Position Requirements
n
n
Previous General Manager, Venue Manager, Operations Manager or senior hospitality leadership experience
n
Background managing a high-volume food, beverage, gaming and accommodation venue
n
Strong late‐night trading experience
n
Proven financial, commercial and people-management capability
n
Experience managing gaming, TAB, liquor licensing and regulatory compliance
n
RSA, Advanced RCG, TAB compliance, Advanced Licensing certificates essential
n
Flexibility to work across weekends and evenings as required
n
Commercially minded, hands‐on, and confident working with ownership and senior management
n
