$80K Base + Uncapped Commission | $120K-$160K OTE on your first year!

We're expanding our Sales Consultant team in Melbourne and looking for proven sales professionals who thrive in complex, consultative and high-value sales environments.
n
We care more about how you sell than what you sell. You don't need healthcare or registration experience - we're looking for people who can educate, build trust, influence decisions and close.

The Role
n
n
Own the sales process from enquiry through to close.
n
Manage longer sales cycles involving multiple conversations and follow-ups.
n
Conduct consultative sales via phone and virtual calls.
n
Build and manage your own pipeline.
n
Generate recent opportunities when required.
n
Nurture prospects, overcome objections and confidently close.
n
Work to individual sales targets and KPIs.
n
Deliver a high-quality client experience.
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
We're looking for hunters who can nurture and close, with a proven record of high performance.
n
You'll be well suited if you have:
n
n
Experience in high-value, high-consideration sales.
n
A track record of managing long sales cycles, not just one-call closes.
n
Strong individual sales targets and a history of consistently exceeding them.
n
Excellent discovery,



negotiation and objection-handling skills.
n
Strong pipeline ownership and follow-up discipline.
n
The confidence to generate opportunities when required.
n
Commercial drive, resilience and a genuine desire to win.
n
n
Relevant backgrounds could include private education, mortgage/lending, solar/renewable energy, aesthetic or medical services, home
improvement/renovation,
property/investment,
migration/education
consulting, insurance, consumer technology, EdTech, HealthTech or other high-ticket, consultative B2C sales environments.
n
Industry experience is secondary to strong consultative sales capability.
