Key Responsibilities

Manage, prep, and run the kitchen efficiently during high-volume service.

Maintain exceptional standards of food presentation, flavor, and portion control.

Order stock, manage rotation, and minimize wastage.

Uphold strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations.

Support, train, and mentor the team.
