Online Fulfilment & Customer Service Assistant (Casual)
Calexico is a luxury fashion boutique group in Brisbane's James Street Precinct, two stores and a fast-growing online business. We're after an energetic casual to help get our online orders out the door each morning.
Mornings only, 8am to 1pm. Shifts run seven days and can be split between two people, so it fits around class. Weekend availability is significant.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Pick, check and pack online orders - beautifully, and on time for the daily cutoff
Prepare Click & Collect and delivery orders
Process returns and exchanges, check condition and update stock
Help online customers with orders, sizing and styling questions
Work alongside our Ecommerce and Boutique teams
