You'll work across our organisation, supporting the smooth operation of our teams while gaining exposure to the broader functions that sit behind a growing health and community services organisation.
About the role
This is a hands-on, diverse position suited to someone who is confident working independently, can manage competing priorities and enjoys finding better ways of doing things.
You will provide qualified administrative support across Activated Concepts, while progressively developing capability in the areas that align with your strengths and career interests.

Support compliance, quality and governance activities through accurate administration and document management.
Assist with maintaining registers, records, policies and supporting documentation.
Ensure information is handled confidentially and maintained to a high standard.
Support internal audits, reporting and compliance activities as required.
Career Development
As you become established in the role, we want to understand where your skills and interests are strongest and provide opportunities to develop them.
This could include taking greater ownership of areas such as:
HR and employee administration
Recruitment and onboarding
Accounts and financial administration
Marketing and digital communications
Compliance and quality systems
Reporting and data
Project coordination
Business and operational improvement
About you
We're looking for someone who is
experienced, organised and proactive
, with the confidence to take ownership rather than simply wait for instructions.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in administration, business support, office coordination or a similar role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence using electronic systems, databases and Microsoft 365.
The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
A proactive approach and willingness to identify and solve problems.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
A genuine interest in learning and developing professionally.
An interest in progressing into an area such as
HR, finance, marketing, compliance, operations or project administration
.
Experience in health, community services, disability, social services, qualified services or a similarly regulated environment will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
Why join Activated Concepts?
Purpose with opportunity.
Your work will contribute directly to the systems and people that enable our teams to deliver quality services to participants and the community.
Develop your career.
We're a growing organisation and want to invest in capable people. This role provides the opportunity to build your administration expertise while developing specialist skills in an area that interests you.
Variety and responsibility.
No two days are exactly the same. You'll work across different parts of the organisation and have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful work.
A collaborative environment.
Work alongside experienced professionals who value understanding, respect, wellbeing and excellence.
Growing organisation.
Join Activated Concepts at an exciting stage of growth, where good ideas, initiative and capability can genuinely influence how we operate.
Ready to grow with us?

contribute now and develop for the future
