About the Role
n
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join a growing allied health practice in Frankston.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys providing personalised, evidence-based care and working with patients across a broad range of musculoskeletal, sports and rehabilitation conditions.
n
You will have the chance to work with patients experiencing back and neck pain, sports injuries, arthritis and joint stiffness, tendon and ligament injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and other musculoskeletal conditions.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
n
Provide hands-on treatment and exercise-based rehabilitation.
n
Manage a diverse caseload of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions.
n
Support patients through post-operative and functional rehabilitation.
n
Develop progressive exercise programs to improve strength, mobility, balance and overall function.
n
Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery and self-management strategies.
n
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with professional standards.
n
Build positive relationships with patients and contribute to a collaborative clinical workplace.

About You
n
We are looking for someone who:
n
n
Holds a recognised qualification in Physiotherapy.
n
Is registered with AHPRA and eligible to practise in Australia.
n
Has strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
n
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Is passionate about patient outcomes and evidence-based practice.
n
Can work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team.
n
Has an interest in musculoskeletal, sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
n
Is committed to ongoing professional development.
n

New graduates with a strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy are also encouraged to apply.
