Working Foreman - Luxury Residential Construction Eastern Suburbs | Projects up to $3M | $125K+ Super
n We are looking for an experienced Working Foremanto join our team and take a hands-on leadership role across a range of high-end residential projects in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
n Our projects are valued up to $3 million, with a strong focus on quality, attention to detail and delivering luxury residential builds to a high standard.
n The Role As Working Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of your projects, coordinating trades and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to program.
n You will be working hands-on where required while leading a team of subcontractors and carpenterson site.
n Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of residential construction sites
n
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, carpenters and trades
n
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
n
Coordinate trades and ensure projects remain on schedule
n
Read and interpret plans, specifications and construction documentation
n
Manage site materials, deliveries and logistics
n
Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised site
n
Liaise with project managers, clients, architects and consultants
n
Identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
n




Assist with programming and planning upcoming works
n
n
About You We are looking for someone who:
n
n
Has solid experience as a Foreman or Working Foreman
n
Has proven experience delivering luxury/high-end residential projects
n
Has experience working on projects valued up to $3M
n
Can confidently run and coordinate a team of subcontractors and carpenters
n
Has strong knowledge of residential construction from start to finish
n
Takes pride in quality workmanship and presentation
n
Is organised, reliable and proactive
n
Can communicate effectively with trades, management and clients
n
Has a strong understanding of site safety and construction requirements
n
Is comfortable being hands-on and leading from the front
n
