Lynk Global is recruiting on behalf of an established civil contractor seeking an experienced
Dozer Operators
to join their site team in
Gold Coast & Beaudesert
.
This is a full-time role working across
residential subdivision and civil construction projects
, operating dozers safely and efficiently as part of an experienced site team.
Key Responsibilities
Operating dozers across civil construction and subdivision projects
Bulk earthworks, cut and fill, spreading and site preparation
Trimming and shaping batters, pads and site levels
Working to site plans, levels and specifications
Working safely around other plant, personnel and infrastructure
Completing daily pre-starts and basic machine checks




Working closely with supervisors and other plant operators
Maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity and quality
What You'll Bring
Proven experience operating dozers in civil construction
Solid experience in bulk earthworks and site preparation
Confident working to levels and site requirements
Relevant plant/operator tickets
Construction White Card
Valid driver's licence
Good understanding of site safety requirements
Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
Takes pride in their equipment and quality of work
Experience working on residential subdivisions, civil infrastructure, roadworks, bulk earthworks or similar projects will be highly regarded.
