The Day-to-Day
Oversee the full day-to-day operations of your club, keeping your gym spotless, functional and welcoming for all members
Build and develop your own team within the club




Facilitate strong community engagement while establishing partnerships with local businesses
Drive, track and manage key deliverables in sales, retention and growth
Work alongside our dedicated marketing team to produce high-quality social media strategies
Ensure club compliance with franchise guidelines relating to OH&S;, maintenance and operations
What we are looking for:

Someone results-driven, proactive and organised
Passion for health and fitness
Requirements:
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Full time availability — 38 hours per week
