We are looking for an experienced Panel Beater Trades Assistant (TA) who is ready to move into a more responsible role and take ownership of their own area of work.
You'll be joining a leading fibreglass swimming pool manufacturing company, where you'll be responsible for the repair and ongoing maintenance of swimming pool moulds. While you'll have the opportunity to work independently and take responsibility for your work, ongoing support and guidance will always be available when you need it.
About the role
This is an excellent chance for someone who has gained solid experience as a Panel Beater Trades Assistant and is now looking to develop their skills, take on more responsibility and progress their career.
Your responsibilities will include:
Repairing and maintaining fibreglass swimming pool moulds
Carrying out panel beating and associated repair work
Preparing, repairing and finishing mould surfaces to a high standard
Identifying and addressing damage and wear
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
Working independently while also contributing to a supportive team environment
Taking pride and ownership in the quality of your work
About you




We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience working as a Panel Beater Trades Assistant
Has a good understanding of panel beating and repair techniques
Is confident working with their hands and using relevant tools and equipment
Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their workmanship
Is reliable, self-motivated and has a strong work ethic
Can work unsupervised and take responsibility for their own area
Is keen to learn, develop and take the next step in their career
You don't need to know everything from day one. What matters is that you have the right experience, attitude and desire to step up. You'll have an experienced tradesperson supporting you whenever required.
