Job Description
GMB Builders is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join the growing team based in Lindendale, Northern NSW. The role will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from start to finish, taking ownership of projects from construction handover through to final completion.

Key responsibilities

Managing factory construction and onsite installation programs
n
Programming and allocating internal construction crews
n
Coordinating subcontractors, trades, transport and installation crews
n
Managing construction schedules through Buildertrend
n
Ensuring materials, trades and resources are organised ahead of each stage
n
Monitoring project costs, timelines and productivity
n
Maintaining quality control and construction standards
n
Conducting factory and pre-transport QA inspections
n
Overseeing site installation, defects and final handover




n
Working closely with
procurement/project
representative and Business Manager
n
n
About you
n
n
Experience as a Construction Manager, Project Manager, Senior Site Manager or Building Supervisor
n
Experience in residential construction is essential
n
Experience in
modular/prefabricated
construction, volume residential building or managing multiple concurrent projects highly regarded
n
