Heilbronns is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Rockhampton, QLD. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service and support all aspects of store operations.

Key responsibilities

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Answering customer inquiries and providing product information
n
Processing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments
n
Maintaining the store's visual presentation and merchandising
n
Restocking and replenishing shelves as needed
n
Collaborating with the team to ensure a positive customer experience
n

About you

n
No previous experience in a retail or customer service role required
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n




Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
n
Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service
n
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
Saddlery knowledge would be an advantage
