Sales Representative - Waste and Recycling

Salary $105,000 - $110,000 + super + bonus

We are a supportive, family-owned waste and recycling business operating across regional NSW. We're looking for a personable, reliable Sales Representative to look after our existing regional customer base, whilst helping us grow in targeted market segments.

About the Role
n
As Sales Representative – Waste and Recycling, you'll split your time between looking after our existing customers – making sure they're getting a great, reliable service – and finding new customer opportunities across regional NSW. This is a role that requires extensive travel throughout regional NSW and applicants are expected to travel 4-5 business days a week.

What You'll Do
n
n
Service and maintain relationships with our existing customer base across regional NSW.
n
Identify and develop current business opportunities across regional NSW.
n
Conduct site visits, prepare quotes, and negotiate pricing and service agreements.
n




Work closely with our operations and transport teams to ensure a smooth, reliable service for every customer.
n
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, quotes and sales activity.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Experience in sales, account management or customer service – experience in waste, recycling, construction or a related industry is a bonus, but not essential.
n
A friendly, reliable communicator who builds trust quickly and enjoys looking after people.
n
Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own diary and workload.
n
Good local knowledge of regional NSW.
n
Current Australian driver's licence.
n
Comfortable using basic CRM or sales tracking systems, or willing to learn.
n
