Job Description
Solo Resource Recovery is a family owned and operated business, supplying waste removal and recycling services throughout Australia. An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Clerk to join our team. This is a part time position, ideally suited to someone who is available during school hours. Salary will be negotiated, depending on agreed hours.

The role is based at our Head Office in Chinderah, Northern NSW and is available for an immediate start.

What we are looking for:
n
n
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within an engineering, manufacturing or technical environment;
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously;
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook;
n
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping;
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
n
Customer service orientation and qualified manner when dealing with internal and external stakeholders;
n
Valid driver's licence.

n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Maintaining filing systems and databases for technical information and project records;
n
Assisting with procurement documentation and supplier communications;
n
Providing administrative support to Engineering / Fleet management;
n
Answering enquiries and directing communications to appropriate personnel;
n
Ensuring compliance with relevant documentation and filing procedures;
n
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of fleet systems, records and documentation;
n
Processing vehicle arrivals, stock entries, transfers and disposals;
n
Identifying and resolving stock or system discrepancies;
n
Maintaining Compliance and Vehicle documentations;
n
Liaising with manufacturers, suppliers and internal Departments;
n
Maintain accurate inventory records within company's inventory management system;
n
Receive, check and process incoming stock against purchase orders and supplier invoices;
n
Monitor outstanding orders and source parts promptly to meet workshop scheduling requirements.
