Qualifications & Experience
n
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with:
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
n
Experience in aged care, disability support, rehabilitation, or community nursing
n
Proficiency in clinical assessments, medication management, wound care, management of PEGs, urinary catheters (IDC and SPC), complex bowel care
n
Experience working with clients with complex medical needs is highly regarded
n
Current Working with Children Check
n
Current NDIS Worker Check.
n
Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
n
NDIS Training Modules including: Orientation Module,



Indiction Module, Supporting effective communication, Supporting Safe and enjoyable meals
n
Australian Driver's License
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
As a valued member of our team, you will:
n
n
Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualised care plans for clients
n
Administer and manage medications in line with clinical guidelines and best practice
n
Provide clinical nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, management of PEG tubes and other procedures as required
n
Support clients with complex medical needs, ensuring their safety and wellbeing
n
Provide clinical guidance and support to our care team
n
Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals, and families to coordinate client care
n
