A leading Australian Fintech and clearing house is currently seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role based in Sydney CBD.

This role supports internal users by delivering high-quality technical assistance. Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining systems, applications, and devices across both on-premises and cloud environments.
n
Responsibilities:
n
n
Install, configure, and support current computers, peripherals, and network connectivity.
n
Manage the Entra ID tenant, Microsoft Business 365, Intune, Exchange Online, and end-user productivity.
n
Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
n
Collaborate on infrastructure lifecycle across on-premises and cloud-based system.
n
Troubleshoot Windows OS, MacOS, hardware, and software issues.
n
Follow internal standards, policies, and best practice guidelines.
n
Develop and update technical documentation and user guides.
n




Participate in compliance initiatives and provide support for audit requirements.
n
Support Azure cloud infrastructure, and SaaS platforms
n
Contribute to cross-team Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives and DevOps practices as needed.
n
Assist in cross-team Defender alert & incident response, including investigation, remediation, and reporting.
n
Build and maintain secure and reliable systems in alignment with SuperChoice
n
n
Key Skills / Experience:
n
n
5 years technical support experience
n
Excellent support knowledge of Entra ID, M365 Business, Microsoft Windows, and Office applications.
n
Intermediate Windows Server administration skills
n
Intermediate knowledge of public cloud platforms
n
Experience with PowerShell and basic scripting
n
Networking skills (wired and wireless troubleshooting, configuration)
n
Financial Services / working within a regulated industry
