About the Role
n
We are looking for a Sale Campus Pastor to provide pastoral leadership, care and ministry oversight to our Sale campus.
n
The position is part-time, with a full-time option available for the right candidate, depending on experience, gifting and the potential to take on additional responsibilities within the wider ministry of Riviera|cc.
n
This role would suit someone who has a heart for people, a passion for Jesus and a desire to see a local church community grow.
n
You don't need to have extensive pastoral experience. On-the-job training, mentoring and support will be provided to the right person.
n
You will work alongside our Senior Pastors and wider leadership team while taking responsibility for the pastoral leadership and development of the Sale campus.

Sunday Ministry

Provide spiritual and pastoral leadership to the Sale congregation.
n
Build meaningful relationships with individuals and families within the church.
n
Care for people through life's celebrations, challenges and transitions.
n
Help create a welcoming, healthy and Christ-centred church community.
n

Discipleship & Community
n
n
Help people take their next step in following Jesus.
n
Encourage participation in small groups, serving and other discipleship opportunities.
n
Develop leaders and empower people to use their gifts.
n
Build a culture where people belong, grow and contribute.
n

Growth & Outreach
n
n
Help the Sale campus reach more people in the local community.
n
Develop relationships with local community organisations and individuals.
n
Participate in outreach and church-wide initiatives.
n
Work with the wider Riviera|cc team to help the campus grow both spiritually and numerically.

Is passionate about the local church and seeing people encounter Jesus.

Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
