About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Steel Fixer to join our team in Kurri Kurri. This is a casual role, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects. Whilst this role is of course open to people with high levels of steel fixing experience, applicants with varying levels of experience in this field are also welcomed.
What we offer
$***** - $*****/hour + Applicable overtime
Casual role with potential for permanency for the right person
5 days per week (Monday-Friday)

What you'll be doing
Cut, bend, and assemble steel reinforcement bars and mesh according to project requirements
Tie and fix steel reinforcement in place, using appropriate tools and techniques




Ensure that all work is completed to industry standards and safety regulations
Collaborate with the team to coordinate the efficient and timely completion of projects
Maintain a clean and organised work setting, following all site safety protocols
What we're looking for
Demonstrated experience as a Steel Fixer
MUST have OHS White card
MUST be able to pass a functional assessment including drug and alcohol screening
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
