The Role
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n

End-to-end portfolio management
n
Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
n
Lease renewals and rent reviews
n
Maintenance coordination
n
Arrears management
n
Routine inspections
n
Entry and exit processes
n
Compliance management
n
Working closely with the wider Property Management team
n
n
About You
n
You will have previous experience managing your own residential portfolio and be someone who takes pride in providing a high standard of service.
n
You'll be organised, confident communicating with landlords and tenants, and comfortable taking ownership of your portfolio.
n
A current Queensland Agent's Representative Certificate and driver's licence will be highly regarded.
