n Pallara, Brisbane South | $110,000–$130,000 + Super
n An established Queensland builder-developer is seeking a Leading Hand / Foreman for a townhouse development at Pallara.
n This is an off-the-tools role working alongside the Site Manager. You'll take responsibility for daily site coordination, trade management and quality, helping keep construction moving through to handover.
n The role would suit an experienced carpenter with leadership responsibilities ready to move into supervision, or an existing Leading Hand / Foreman looking for their next step.

The Role

Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities
n
Monitor workmanship and quality across construction stages
n
Assist with programming and short-term planning
n
Organise deliveries, materials and site logistics
n
Conduct inspections and follow up defects




n
Help maintain site safety standards
n
Support the Site Manager in keeping work on programme
n
n
About You
n
n
Carpentry trade background
n
Experience leading crews or coordinating subcontractors
n
Residential or townhouse construction experience
n
Able to read plans and identify construction issues
n
Organised and confident communicating with trades
n
Keen to develop a long-term career in site supervision
n
n
What's On Offer

$110,000–$130,000 + super, depending on experience
