The Policy and Engagement Officer will work with internal and external partners, including Traditional Owners, to develop Victoria's biodiversity policy and regulatory frameworks. The role supports strategic advice and evidence-based delivery of Biocultural policy guiding biodiversity outcomes across the state.

Based in Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements, it sits in the Land and Biodiversity Policy Division to support DEECA's stewardship of the natural workplace and cultural landscapes.
