About The Role
As our Room Leader for the
Nursery & Toddler rooms
, you will play a key role in creating a high-quality learning environment where every child feels supported, valued and encouraged to thrive.
You Will Be Responsible For
Leading and supporting the day-to-day operations of the room
Creating a positive, engaging and inclusive learning workplace
Developing strong relationships with children, families and your team
Supporting children with additional needs and challenging behaviours
Coaching and mentoring educators to build confidence and capability
Working collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to maintain high-quality outcomes




Supporting the development and implementation of engaging programs based on children's interests and individual needs
Maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming room setting
Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations
About You
5+ years' experience in early childhood education
Previous Room Leader or leadership experience
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
Experience supporting children with additional needs and challenging behaviours
The ability to create and maintain a strong room environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring and developing other educators
A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
