We are seeking a detail-focused International Sourcing Coordinator to support our international recruitment and workforce mobility programs. Reporting to the Group International Sourcing Manager, you will work closely with the International Sourcing Specialist to coordinate PALM recruitment, worker mobilisation, compliance documentation, reporting and stakeholder engagement. This fast-paced role involves managing detailed worker data, balancing competing priorities and ensuring recruitment activities are delivered accurately and on time.
Responsibilities include:
Support PALM scheme recruitment and selection activities
Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, references and offers
Maintain accurate worker databases, intake trackers and compliance records
Track visas, contracts, onboarding, deployments and expiry dates
Review documentation and follow up missing or incorrect information
Coordinate worker mobilisation and demobilisation activities
Assist with housing, travel, accommodation and transport arrangements
Calculate and coordinate salary deductions and cost allocations
Liaise with government agencies, labour sending units and internal stakeholders
Prepare reports and support compliance and audit readiness




Identify opportunities to improve workflows and administrative processes
About You
You're highly organised, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy coordinating complex processes, managing competing priorities and working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
You will bring:
Previous coordination or administration experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Confidence working with large spreadsheets, trackers and online portals
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Experience coordinating documentation and compliance requirements
Well-developed Microsoft Office and systems capability
Previous PALM scheme experience will be highly regarded
Recruitment coordination or international labour mobility experience will be highly regarded
