Foundry Talent Partners' client, a global financial services business in Sydney, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join an established in-house legal team.
You will draft and negotiate derivatives and financing documents, advise on licensing and regulatory obligations, and collaborate across APAC to support market initiatives.
The role requires 3–6 years PQE, strong banking/finance grounding, and Australian admission, with a fast-paced, commercial advisory workplace.
