Team Lead Property Manager | $110k Package + Bonus + WFH Options

An opportunity is available for an accomplished Senior Property Manager or Team Leader to join a well-established Brisbane real estate business as it enters an exciting stage of expansion.
n This position offers more than traditional portfolio management. You'll take responsibility for a quality residential portfolio while playing an important role in the continued development of the department, including improving processes, maintaining service standards and supporting future portfolio growth.

The Role

Take ownership of a quality residential portfolio across Brisbane's western suburbs
n
Manage the end-to-end property management process
n
Develop robust relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Coordinate maintenance, arrears, lease renewals and compliance
n
Support the smooth onboarding of new managements
n
Identify opportunities to improve systems and portfolio processes
n
Maintain a high standard of communication and client service
n
Gradually become involved in mentoring and supporting other team members
n
Transition towards a Team Leader position as the department expands
n

About You
n

Established Property Manager or Senior Property Manager
n
Current Queensland real estate registration
n
Sound understanding of Queensland property legislation
n
Comfortable taking ownership of a portfolio
n
Strong landlord and tenant relationship-management skills
n
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
n
Proactive and confident solving problems independently
n
Motivated by career progression and leadership
n
Keen to contribute ideas rather than simply inherit existing processes
n
