We are working towards winning high end architectural renovations and are currently in the process of obtaining Passivhaus Tradesperson Certification. The Role
n
You'll be hands‐on across all aspects of small residential extensions, renovations and some maintenance works, including:

Completing all aspects of Carpentry from site setup, minor formwork, framing (stick), lock up/cladding, fix/finish work, decking, stairs and chipping in with all other aspects of building like concreting and structural steel
n
Some work will be completed on site on your own
n




Direct communication with Clients
n
Complete take-offs when needed
n
Learning the full process of small‐scale residential building
n
Working in with other subcontractors on site
n
All works within 15km of Brisbane City
n

Who We're Looking For
n
n
A young, confident, skillful carpenter with ambition to become a builder or supervisor
n
Someone energetic, reliable, and keen to learn
n
An interest in upping the standards of the construction industry and possible interest in Passivhaus
n
Someone who takes pride in doing things properly
n
Must have Cert III in Carpentry, full range of tools, reliable ute, white card, drivers licence
n
Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
n
