Forklift Operator / Warehouse Floor Team Member
to join our growing Sydney manufacturing and distribution team.
We have
two shifts available
:
Shift 1:
Monday–Friday,
6:00am–2:00pm
Shift 2:
Monday–Friday,
10:00am–6:00pm
Regular overtime is also available.

About the Role
Based at our Sydney manufacturing and distribution facility, you will work as part of our warehouse and production team, supporting the movement of materials, loading and unloading trucks, preparing orders and keeping the warehouse and production areas running efficiently.
This is a
hands-on role
suited to someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team and getting the job done safely and efficiently.
You will report directly to the
NSW Production Manager
and work closely with the warehouse, dispatch and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading trucks
Moving and storing stock around the warehouse
Preparing and organising customer orders
Loading pallets and materials for dispatch
Assisting with picking, packing and general warehouse duties
Supporting the production and dispatch teams as required
Maintaining a clean, organized and secure work area
Following all workplace health and safety procedures




Assisting with manual handling duties when required
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse
What We're Looking For
Current Forklift License
Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred
Physically capable of performing manual handling duties
Reliable and punctual
Good attention to detail
Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Manufacturing or production experience is advantageous but not essential
